Rajiv is the Chairman and CEO of TST Capital and founded the company in 2019. Rajiv brings more than 35 years of hospitality and real estate experience. Rajiv has many years of experience in brand building, business growth, Real Estate transactions, M&A, and public markets including IPO process.

Rajiv has been recognized multiple times by various publications as top 10 influential leaders of the hospitality industry

Rajiv brings a great deal of expertise in all aspects of M&A, IPO, franchising, real estate, design and development, purchasing, operations, management, leadership, team building, and company growth.

Rajiv served as a President of La Quinta brands for over 20 years. Rajiv was instrumental in IPO process of companies during his 35 plus years career. He has been involved in taking companies ‘Public to Private’ and ‘Private to Public’.

In addition, Rajiv serves as a Board of Director for various companies and organizations such as Red Roof, Virdee Inc, Hotel Key and AAHOA Charitable foundations

In the past, he served as a board of director for the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Real Estate Committee

Trivedi family has been Westlake residents since 2011. Rajiv and his wife Marle have three boys Caiden, Evan and Eli
